Fundamental Research on the Construction of Library Management Theory

This research formulated a method for constructing a theory of library managementthat will yield a fitting strategy and organization structure for libraries. The studyprocess is comprised of four phases:(1) identifying business organizational andstrategic theories previously applied to libraries, and analyzing how these theorieswork on library organizations;(2) analyzing how these theories were formulated so asto determine the most suitable method for libraries;(3) formulating a method forconstructing a theory for library management(4) adapting this method for librarymanagement.
