The Development of the Electronic Dictionary of English Grammar and Usage and its Practice Software for the improvement in ability to Speak English

The study to create the system of the electronic or web dictionary of the grammar, usage, and phrases in Present-day English and its practice software, which are available to any English learners, goes according to plan. The study consists of three stages. The first stage is to select the grammar feature, its usages and phrases which learners often use incorrectly. The second stage is to give each item an accurate description of it item by item, based on references, the data of corpora and the reaction of the informants. The third and final stage is to upload the compiled descriptions and to create a sample site. The results of the first two of the three stages, in particular, were obtained, judging from what was published based on the outcomes of this study.
