Legal Relations between the State and the Church in Medieval Russia

本文从法律的角度研究了中世纪俄国政教关系是如何变得更加紧密的。而这项研究的目的是将这一过程置于当代情境的背景下。根据雅罗斯拉夫教会宪章和弗拉基米尔教会宪章抄写的手稿系谱，揭示了14世纪下半叶莫斯科教会法的创新和编纂。这是一个与莫斯科国家在同一时期的成长过程相吻合的时期。

This study is how State-church relations in medieval Russia became closer from the legal point of view. And the aim of this study is to place this process on the context of the contemporary situation as well. Following the genealogy of manuscripts, on which the church charter of Yaroslav and that of Vladimir were copied, it was revealed that innovation and compilation of canon law in Moscow occurred in the second half of 14th century. It is the one that coincided with the growth process of the Moscow state during the same period.
