The Risk Management in the Business and the Director's Liability

在本研究中，我明确了管理者，特别是公司董事的角色，以及他在风险管理方面的法律责任。据说，企业的风险管理对企业的经营战略至关重要。董事会在其中扮演着重要的角色。具体来说，董事会有责任监督管理人员制定合理的风险管理方案。有几种风险。所以我把风险分为两类。法律风险和其他经营风险。我已经明确了董事的角色和责任。此外，我已经披露了风险暴露后董事应对风险的责任。

In this research, I have cleared the role of the manager, especially directors of the corporation, and his legal responsability in relation with the risk management. It is said that the risk management in a corporation is important for the business strategy. And it is expected that the board of directors plays an important role. To put it concretely, the board of directors has a responsibility to supervise officers who establish the reasonable risk management program. There are a few kind of the risks. So I divided the risks into two types. Legal risk and other business risk. And I have cleared the director's role and liablity for the each risks. In addition, I have revealed the director's liability to deal with the risk after the exposition of it.
