This study investigated how people's fairness perceptions affect the behaviors of firms and policy designs in the context of environmental business using a survey method. The results indicate that people's fairness perceptions toward firms' pricing behaviors are influenced by whether a subsidy is offered to consumers or firms. This in turn implies that fairness considerations are necessary in designing appropriate environmental policies, and offers a new insight into an economic analysis of subsidy.

本研究采用问卷调查的方法，考察了在环境企业中，人们的公平感对企业行为和政策设计的影响。结果表明，人们对企业定价行为的公平性感知受到是否向消费者或企业提供补贴的影响。这反过来又意味着，公平的考虑是必要的，在设计适当的环境政策，并提供了一个新的见解补贴的经济分析。
