Reconstruction of the community by the job creation in food, agriculture, and environmental business: Japan-Europe comparison of solidarity between a village community and civil society

本研究的目的是通过对日本和欧洲的比较，阐明合作运动中农工团结的可能性。由于日本的法律制度不同，这种团结并非易事。然而，最主要的原因是，有土地和技术的农民和准备促进农业就业的城市居民有各自的生活方式。这项研究表明，克服这一困难的最大因素是领导者的能力，引进先进范例。

The purpose of this research is clarifying possibility of the solidarity of farmers and workers in cooperative movements by comparison between Japan and Europe. The solidarity is not easy because of a different legal system in Japan. However, main reason is that farmers who have land and technology, and the city residents who are going to promote job opportunities in agriculture have each lifestyle. This research showed that the greatest factor that conquers this difficulty is the leader's capability, introducing advanced examples.
