Grasping a requirement improving the community-based degree in nursing home, location, block planning, spatial planning, and management were analyzed. The reasons why are difficult to construct the nursing home in urban area are following. On the community-based nursing home, as the cooperation with the parent body facility which is located in the suburbs is the most important, the both facilities can't be separate. And, since it is difficult to run it alone, the scale escalates by many function, therefore it becomes difficult to acquire land. Thus, at this time, it was become clear that the plenitude of not only the block planning but also the soft side was needed. And, the requirements of the hardware show the ratio of outer wall, a view from the private room and living room, the situation of lot line. The requirements of the software show understanding of neighborhood inhabitants, the collaboration with administration and other establishments.

把握提高养老院社区化程度的需求，对养老院的选址、街区规划、空间规划、管理进行了分析。城市养老院建设难的原因有以下几个方面.在社区养老机构中，与位于郊区的母体设施的合作是最重要的，两者是不可分割的。而且，由于难以单独运营，规模因许多功能而升级，因此难以获得土地。因此，在这个时候，很明显，不仅需要丰富的街区规划，而且还需要柔软的一面。并且，对五金件的要求表现在外墙的比例、从包房和客厅的角度看、地段线的情况。该软件的要求显示附近居民的理解，与管理和其他机构的合作。
