Normativity and Effectiveness of Sustainable development Law

可持续发展是20世纪80年代在联合国提出的，现已确立为全球环境保护的重要法律概念。这一概念在协调环境和经济发展方面发挥了作用。在这样的前提下，国际环境法中的“可持续发展”可以被赋予规范性地位，从而避免不仅与环境协定冲突，而且与其他国际文书冲突。

"Sustainable Development", which was proposed in the United Nations in the 1980s, has been established as an important legal concept for global environmental conservation. This concept has played a role in the harmonization between environment and economic development. Meanwhile, that has a versatile character, including economic development, social development and environmental protection.Based on such a premise, "sustainable development" in international environmental law can be given a status as normative role so as to avoid conflict with not only environmental agreements but other international instruments.
