Theoretical and empirical study on different effects of low-carbon technology promotion and diffusion incentives by various economic instruments

首先，综述了20世纪50年代以来经济学领域关于创新与经济关系的文献，回顾了创新源泉的理论历史，新古典增长理论从外生增长模型到内生增长模型的发展，以及市场竞争下创新的促进和扩散。其次，由于不同的经济手段对技术类型的低碳技术推广和扩散激励效果不同，笔者收集了低碳技术中可再生能源发电技术的技术规格、生产量和生产成本的数据。最后，回顾了一般均衡模型中关于资本品生产函数的问题，以及用于分析可再生能源发电溢出效应的扩展投入产出表问题。

First, I surveyed literatures regarding relationship between innovation and economy in the field of economics since 1950s, and reviewed the doctrinal history of the sources of innovation, the development in neo-classical growth theory from exogenous growth model to endogenous growth model, the promotion and diffusion of innovation under market competition. Second, as there are different effects of low-carbon technology promotion and diffusion incentives to the type of technology by various economic instruments, I have collected data on technological specifications, production volume and production costs of generation technology used by renewable energy of low-carbon technology. Finally, I reviewed the problems about production function of capital goods in the general equilibrium model, and the issues of an extended input-output table to analyze spillover effects of renewable energy power generation.
