Research and Development of Systems Approach to Disseminate Tacit Knowledge

为了培养组织成员的创造力和洞察力，我从理论上考察了系统方法论的使用机制。首先，我构建了一个遵循组织知识创造过程的系统方法论。其次，在社会系统理论的背景下，我表明，系统方法论的输出将发挥传播媒介的作用。然后，我表明，我们可以培养组织成员的知识，为组织知识创造和传播这种知识在组织中的重复具有丰富的经验的产品开发或组织变革与适应性专家在问题领域的合作。

In order to cultivate creativity and insight of organization members I theoretically examined the mechanism of the use of systems methodologies. First, I constructed a systems methodology which follows the organizational knowledge-creating process. Second, following the context of the social system theory, I showed that the output from the systems methodology would play a role of communication media. Then, I showed that we could cultivate knowledge of organization members for organizational knowledge creation and disseminate such knowledge in the organization by repetition of having rich experiences of product development or organization changes working together with adaptive experts in the problem domains.
