Study on the Actual Conditions for the Standard of Music Ability to Primary School Teacher in France and the Music Education in IUFM

本研究的目的是根据法国小学教师就业考试指南和法国国际音乐教育联合会（IUFM）关于小学教师就业考试和音乐教育的年度报告，探讨法国未来小学教师的音乐能力要求标准。在小学教师就业考试中，基于考生的观点，并对知识和文化进行评价。巴黎音乐学院音乐教育系的音乐教育项目中，与小学合作，利用APP（Atelier de Pratique Anneelle）的管理方法，开展面向小学生的公共活动，改进教师录用考试。

The purpose of this study is to discuss about the standard of music ability demanded for a future primary school teacher in France according to the employment examination guideline for primary school teacher and the annual report of the employment examination and Music Education in IUFM.In the primary school teacher employment examination, a music skill such as performance ability, listening ability based on the view of examinee, and knowledge and culture are evaluated. In the music education program of IUFM belonging to the Paris Academy, utilization of the administration method of APP (Atelier de Pratique Professionnelle) by collaboration with primary schools and the public activity for pupil, and improving of teacher employment examination are characterized.
