Development of Education System to provide Standardized Nursng Services Specificly from the Point of Cancer Nursing

本研究拟利用语音辨识技术，对电话谘询的文字资料进行取样，并利用文字探勘软体进行分析。 然而，语音识别的结果并没有达到实用水平，由于方言。 代替原来的计划，分析互联网上的数据，并获得聚类。 研究结果表明，在咨询过程中，老护士使用礼貌策略的情况较好。 目前正在编辑学生练习册。 该练习册将提供给学生进行培训。

It was planned to apply speech recognition technique to sample text data of telephone counseling, then to analyze the data by text mining software. However, outcomes of the speech recognition did not reach practical level due to dialects. Instead of the original plan, data out of internet were analyzed and clusters were acquires. The clusters were provided to hospital where coreseasrchers were working (Contents are not disclosed to public but are available to auditors).Through this research, it was revealled that veteran nurses use Politeness Strategies in counseling. Currently a workbook for students is being edited. The workbook will be provided for training of students.
