The combination therapy of the cancer-vaccine therapy and the preoperative chemoradiotherapy for rectal cancer (phase I trial)

本研究是晚期直肠癌患者术前放化疗联合肿瘤特异性疫苗治疗的一期临床试验。本研究的目的是检验这种联合治疗的安全性。不幸的是，这项临床试验，无论这项临床试验的方案或知情同意文件是在第一年准备的，都不能在研究期间进行。然而，分析术前放化疗的晚期直肠癌病例的数据，或者为本研究定位和教育医生、护士、药剂师和医疗技术人员，对将来进行临床试验是有用的。

This study was a phase I clinical trial of the therapy, combined preoperative chemoradiotherapy with tumor-specific vaccine therapy, for the cases with advanced rectal cancer. The purpose of this study was to examine the safety of this combination therapy. Unfortunately, this clinical trial, however the protocol of this clinical trial or the document of informed consent was prepared in the first year, was not able to be performed within research periods.It was useful, however, in performing this clinical trial in future, to analyze the data of the advanced rectal cancer cases performed preoperative chemoradiotherapy, or to locate and educate not only medical doctors but also nurses, pharmacists, and medical technicians for this study.
