Application of immunohistochemical study for oral cancer screeninng

本研究的目的是建立口腔癌的smer和免疫组化检查方法。提示液基细胞学（LBC）在口腔癌检查中有一定的应用价值。结果：用抗p53抗体对口腔鳞状细胞癌和口腔粘膜异型增生细胞进行免疫组化染色。

The porpose of this syudy establish check up for oral cancer using the smer and immunohistochemical staining . It was suggested that Liquid Based Cytology(LBC) was useful for oral cancer examination. And following results were obtained.Oral suquamous cell carcimnoma and oral mucosal dysplasia cells were stained by immunohistochemical staining using anti p53 antiboby.
