This research inquired about the nursing ethics and subject. Result 1: In order for a nurse to recognize an ethical problem, acquisition of intellectual virtue is important.Moreover, ethical virtue can be mastered by repeating ethical judgment and performing it at the medical practice. 2: Doctor 2 FACTOR (consensus building, understanding respect) and Nurse 3 FACTOR (consensus building, understanding respect, share practice) could explain the collaboration practice between the doctor-nurses in the medical practice, and the collaboration practice was divided into 4 GROUPS by the height of each factor.

本研究对护理伦理学和护理学科进行了调查。结果1：对于一个护士来说，要认识到一个伦理问题，获得知识美德是很重要的。此外，通过重复伦理判断并在医疗实践中执行，可以掌握伦理美德。2：医生2因素(共识建立、理解尊重)和护士3因素(共识建立、理解尊重、共享实践)可以解释医护人员在医疗实践中的合作实践，并根据各因素的高度将合作实践分为4组。
