We have made an e-learning system imaging clinical fields for giving aids to non-active nurses to improve their skills. As a result of the surveillance over non-active nurses, the usefulness of the system and the effectiveness of the provision method were evaluated.Though establishing a network environment concretely is inevitable, it is considered that the e-learning system can be an effective learning tool, provided that the accessibility to the network is easy enough either from PCs or tablets.

我们制作了一个成像临床领域的电子学习系统，以帮助非活跃护士提高他们的技能。通过对非活动护士的监测，评估了系统的实用性和提供方法的有效性。虽然具体建立一个网络环境是不可避免的，但我们认为电子学习系统可以成为一个有效的学习工具，只要通过个人电脑或平板电脑访问网络足够容易。
