Exploring an education program and case management system of home-visit nurses providing care for clients with mental illnesses in the community

本研究旨在探讨社区精神病患居家护理人员所需之教育计划及个案管理制度。采用问卷调查的方法，对A市所有家庭访视护理所为精神病患者提供服务的实际情况进行调查。虽然大部分的家庭访视护理办公室提供照顾的客户有精神疾病，护士没有足够的知识，使用社区的个案管理的公众咨询系统。教育如何使用个案管理系统，以及发展精神科医院与家访护理办公室之间的关系是必要的。

This study was aimed at exploring necessary education program and case management system of home-visit nurses providing care for clients with mental illnesses in the community. The actual situation providing care for clients with mental illnesses of all home-visit nursing offices in A prefecture was investigated by a questionnaire. Although most home-visit nursing offices providing care for clients with mental illnesses, the nurses did not have much enough knowledge to use public consultation system of the case management in the community. To educate how to use the case management system and to develop a relationship between psychiatric hospitals and the home-visit nursing offices are necessary.
