为什么父母不允许孩子接种疫苗？通过访谈调查，我们对父母的决策过程、育儿政策、感染知识和相关措施等进行了阐述。结果显示，被调查者认为不允许孩子接种疫苗的信息来源包括经验丰富的母亲和朋友。不允许接种疫苗的原因包括：地理因素（离家近的急诊室）、法律的约束力、偏见和缺乏信息、情感和育儿政策（使用替代医学）。家长们表示，在预防感染方面，注意孩子的饮食是接种疫苗的充分替代方案。所有家长都非常重视育儿。但结果显示，家长对感染机制和应对措施的了解不够。

Why do parents decide not to allow their children to be vaccinated? We elucidated the decision-making processes and childcare policies of parents,as well as their knowledge of infections and related measures,based on an interview survey.The results showed that the sources of information that subjects cited as the basis of their decision not to allow their children to be vaccinated included more experienced mothers and friends. The reasons for not allowing vaccination included the following: geographical factors (an ER close to home),legal binding force, bias and lack of information, emotion, and childcare policy (using alternative medicine). Parents indicated that paying attention to the child's diet served as an adequate alternative to vaccinations in preventing infections.All parents were strongly committed to childcare.However,the results showed that the parents'knowledge of the mechanisms of infections and measures toward the community were not sufficient.
