Specific recovery of exhausted T cells against HTLV-1

我们构建了特异性识别抗HTLV-1 Tax CTL的分子。同时表达该分子和麻疹病毒F蛋白的细胞能够与TAX CTL融合。在其表面同时具有该分子和F蛋白的载体有望将这些基因特异性地导入Tax CTL。

We constructed the molecule that specifically recognizes antiHTLV-1 Tax CTL. The cells that express both this molecule and measles virus F proteinare able to fuse with Tax CTL. The vector that possesses both this molecule and F proteinon its surface may be expected to specifically introduce the genes into Tax CTL.
