调查了本医疗报表权利要求所代表的网络医疗服务所使用的各个公司的OD-VPN的技术规范，对本课题的每一种解决方案进行了具体的审查，关于(1)互联是互联共享所需的要求的互联，VPN可以直接建在(2)网络域，(3)私有IP地址。此外，在医疗、健康领域等方面，安排了使用下一代OD-VPN的场景，从医疗机构的信息终端开始使用顺序，并根据结果进行了检验，为今后的标准化工作做了进一步的准备。
