Diffusion tensor tractography was integrated into stereotactic radiosurgery. Tractography integrated treatment was performed for 71 among 144 patients. In a case control study, motor complication after treatment was significantly reduced in 24 patients with lesions close to the corticospinal tract who were treated by tractography integrated procedeure compared with 28 patients with similar lesions who were treated without use of tractography
