We developed an experimental model of pharyngolaryngectomy and free jejunal transfer in rats. We found that ileum is more suitable for transfer than jejunum. We performed pharyngolaryngectomy and free ileal transfer in three rats. The ileum could be revascularlized in all rats; however, no rat could survive for a long period. The results of this study revealed that this operation is too invasive for rats.

建立了大鼠咽喉切除和游离空肠移植的实验模型。我们发现回肠比空肠更适合移植。我们对3只大鼠进行了喉切除和游离回肠移植。所有大鼠回肠均能重建血管；然而，没有一只老鼠能存活很长时间。这项研究的结果表明，这种手术对大鼠的侵入性太大。
