Exper imental model of pharyngol aryngectomy and free jejunal transfer in rats

我们建立了大鼠咽喉切除游离空肠移植的实验模型。我们发现回肠比空肠更适合于转移。我们对三只大鼠进行了咽喉切除和游离回肠移植。所有大鼠均能实现回肠血管化，但无大鼠能长期存活。这项研究的结果表明，这种手术对大鼠的侵入性太大。

We developed an experimental model of pharyngolaryngectomy and free jejunal transfer in rats. We found that ileum is more suitable for transfer than jejunum. We performed pharyngolaryngectomy and free ileal transfer in three rats. The ileum could be revascularlized in all rats; however, no rat could survive for a long period. The results of this study revealed that this operation is too invasive for rats.
