IgG4-related disease:Ultrasonography and MRI of the salivary gland fordiagnosis and monitoring the efficacy of treatment

与MRI相比，超声能更灵敏地捕捉皮质类固醇治疗后唾液腺实质变化及恢复过程。因此，超声检查作为一种简单、廉价、无创的成像方法，对诊断和监测治疗效果具有重要意义。此外，超声检查被认为是目前最适合疾病治疗期随访的影像学方法，有报道称患者经常复苏。

Ultrasonograpy was able to catch more sensitively the parencymal change and recovery process of salivary gland by corticosteroid treatment compared with MRI. Therefore, it was thought that the ultrasonograpy was useful to diagnosis and monitoring the efficacy of treatment as an easy to use and inexpensive and noninvasive imaging method. Moreover, it was considered that the ultrasonograpy was most suitable imaging method at present about the follow-up in the treatment period of the disease,it has been reported that often being revived.
