Effects of Disinfectant Solution on Hydraulic Temporary Sealing Material to hardness and marginal leakage in thermal cycle

A cotton pellet soaked with a disinfectant solution under hydraulic temporary sealing material is expected to maintain aseptic conditions in the pulp chamber during root canal treatment. However, a disinfectant solution might hinder the setting of the hydraulicsealing temporary material. A soft material is likely to be worn and consequently collapse, and leakage will cause contamination of the pulp chamber. The aim of this study was to examine the effect of disinfectant solutions on the setting of hydraulic sealing cement. This research was able to consider the effects of the properties of temporary seal material, such as pH and expansion, and an disinfectant solution about temporary sealmaterial.It was investigated the technique of making minimum infection to treat the next time and it was suggested to control a dental loss.
