Establishment of Animal Assistance Program Utilizing Patient Evaluation Methods Routinely Used by Nurses

在征得2家医院/诊所的同意后，我开展了Animal Interaction，并调查了其对患者的影响。在面部量表调查中，大多数患者在互动后表现出比互动前更愉快的情绪。此外，与患者的访谈表明，这种互动对他们来说是宝贵的时间和治疗。基于这些事实，在评估动物互动时，护士通常使用的量表调查、访谈和细心倾听似乎是有效的。

I carried out Animal Interaction in 2 hospitals/clinics after obtaining their consent and investigated its effect on patients. Under the face scale survey, most of the patients showed more cheerful moods after the interaction than before interacting.Furthermore, interviews with the patients indicated that the interactions were valuable time and therapeutic to them. Based on these facts, when evaluating animal interaction, scale surveys, interviews, and attentive listening which nurses routinely use seem to be effective.
