Educational transcultural nursing program for perinatal nursing staffs in the multicultural society

本研究的目的是为多元文化社会中的围产期护理人员制定跨文化教育护理计划。首先收集和分析了基本数据，然后我参观了日本和国外照顾移民妇女的医疗机构。第三，制定了试点教育方案，并认为该方案有助于对该方案进行评估。然后，对试点教育计划进行了修订。作为这项研究的结果，开发了一个针对医疗保健人员的教育计划。这一教育项目不仅注重口头交流，而且还注重非春季交流和交流方式。我们认为，这个项目应该精心选择，并提供给护理人员和学生。

The purpose of this study was to develop educational transcultural nursing program for perinatal nursing staffs in the multicultural society. Firstly fundamental data was collected and analyzed, and secondly I visited healthcare facilities where immigrant women were cared in Japan and abroad. Thirdly the pilot educational program was developed and considered instrumental to evaluate this program. Then pilot educational program was revised. As the result of this study, an educational program for healthcare staffs was developed. This educational program is focused on not only verbal communication but also non-vernal communication and communication manner. We considered that this program should be carefully selected and provided for nursing staffs and students.
