This study aimed to examine the possibility to develop a new response model based on the Drotar's hypothetical model,porving its reliability and validity.6 nurses were enrolled at NICU and GCU of the C Hospital as the study sample for conducting a focus group interview.Verbatim records prepared of the interview and figures drawn b the study samples were examined by the explorator content analysis,integrating the case analysis of commonality and dissimilarity in the anecdotal experriences for nurses acquired by this applicant.Consequently, it was recognized that "parental response to delivery and children were greatly influenced by whether their informed consents was obtained befor or after delivery,and weshould place importance on the perspectives to visualize complex parental response since befor their delivery,"which were not demonstrated in the previous study results of the applicant.

本研究旨在探讨在Drotar假设模型的基础上发展一种新的反应模型的可能性，并验证其信度和效度。以C医院新生儿重症监护病房（NICU）和重症监护病房（GCU）的6名护士为研究样本，进行焦点小组访谈，采用探索者内容分析法对访谈的逐字记录和研究样本绘制的B图进行检验。结合本申请人获得的护士轶事经验中的共性和差异的案例分析，从而认识到“父母对分娩和儿童的反应受到他们是否在分娩前或分娩后获得知情同意的极大影响，我们应该重视从分娩前开始就观察父母复杂反应的视角“，这在申请人以前的研究结果中没有得到证明。
