Deliberation on the probability to debelop a model of parental response to delivery and care for their child withe congental abnormality

本研究旨在探讨在Drotar假设模型的基础上建立新的反应模型的可能性，验证其信度和效度。选取C医院NICU和GCU的6名护士作为研究样本，进行焦点小组访谈。访谈的逐字记录和研究样本中绘制的数字通过探索者内容分析进行检验，整合了该申请人获得的护士轶事经验的共性和差异性的案例分析。因此，我们认识到，“父母对分娩和孩子的反应很大程度上受到他们的知情同意是在分娩前还是分娩后获得的影响，我们应该重视从分娩前的角度来可视化复杂的父母反应”，这在申请人之前的研究结果中没有得到证明。

This study aimed to examine the possibility to develop a new response model based on the Drotar's hypothetical model,porving its reliability and validity.6 nurses were enrolled at NICU and GCU of the C Hospital as the study sample for conducting a focus group interview.Verbatim records prepared of the interview and figures drawn b the study samples were examined by the explorator content analysis,integrating the case analysis of commonality and dissimilarity in the anecdotal experriences for nurses acquired by this applicant.Consequently, it was recognized that "parental response to delivery and children were greatly influenced by whether their informed consents was obtained befor or after delivery,and weshould place importance on the perspectives to visualize complex parental response since befor their delivery,"which were not demonstrated in the previous study results of the applicant.
