Fundamental study about training of practical home-nursing-care capability which paid its attention to competency

本研究厘清了提供优质居家护理服务的探访护士的居家护理行为，并对探访护士的就业环境与职业背景、居家护理行为的关系进行了调查分析。结果，25人的行为被提炼为居家护理行为。此外，就实施率而言，这些居家护理行为在职业舵手的专业术语中的执行率最高，并从实施访问护士短期课程和在职教育等关系上建议，访问护士培训需要有实质性的内容。

This research clarified the home-nursing-care act of the visit nurse who offers high quality home care, and investigated for the purpose of analyzing about the relation of a visit nurse's employment environment and a career background, and a home-nursing-care act.As a result, the act of 25 was extracted as a home-nursing-care act.Moreover, as for the implementation rate, what has these home-nursing-care acts in the expert term of a career rudder was the highest, and it was suggested from relation, such as implementation of a visit nurse short course and in-service education, that visit nurse training needs to be substantial.
