Purpose: It is development of the nursing model which paid its attention to the "communion" between a post-stroke aphasia patient and a nurse. Method : Qualitative descriptive design. As an early stage of model development, the temporary structure which serves as a base of a model based on a researcher's previous work and nursing literature was built. Results: "communion" is identified "the phenomenon in which both patient-nurse is exchanging and sharing feeling, an intention, and experience", "empathy", " sympathy", "energy", the "need for help", and the "function of nursing" were defined, and they were positioned in temporary structure.

目的：探讨脑卒中后失语症患者与护士之间的“交流”护理模式。方法：定性描述性设计。作为模型开发的早期阶段，临时结构，作为一个基础的模型的基础上，研究人员的先前工作和护理文献的建立。结果如下：“交流”被定义为“护患双方交流和分享情感、意图和经验的现象”、“移情”、“同情”、“能量”、“需要帮助”和“护理功能”，并将它们定位于临时结构。
