Development of nursing care model of "communion" between the nurse and post-stroke aphasia patients

目的：重视卒中后失语患者与护士之间的“交流”，是护理模式的发展。方法：定性描述性设计。作为模型开发的早期阶段，临时结构是基于研究人员以前的工作和护理文献而建立的模型的基础。结果：确定“交流”为“病人与护士之间交换和分享感觉、意图和经验的现象”，“移情”、“同情”、“能量”、“需要帮助”、“护理功能”等概念被界定，并定位于临时性结构。

Purpose: It is development of the nursing model which paid its attention to the "communion" between a post-stroke aphasia patient and a nurse. Method : Qualitative descriptive design. As an early stage of model development, the temporary structure which serves as a base of a model based on a researcher's previous work and nursing literature was built. Results: "communion" is identified "the phenomenon in which both patient-nurse is exchanging and sharing feeling, an intention, and experience", "empathy", " sympathy", "energy", the "need for help", and the "function of nursing" were defined, and they were positioned in temporary structure.
