项目摘要

昨年は日中国交正常化40周年。尖閣諸島領有問題をめぐって日中関係は冷たくなったが、日中間の一層の友好増進を図るためにも、日中双方政府と民間の努力が不可欠である。昨年、研究代表者は各地で日中国交正常化40周年記念講演を行ない、中国や日中関係に関する著書や論文を刊行した。また、通訳として対日関係を担当した周斌氏の回顧録を入手した。この本は公文書の少ない国交回復にむけて秘密裏に行われた交渉や民間ベースでの交渉過程などが語られている。研究代表者は研究分担者とともにこの本を日本語に訳して、日本で出版する取り組みを立てている。以上の作業は日中間の相互理解と友好増進に役立つと考えている。研究分担者は日中関係に関する論文を二本掲載し、日中国交40周年記念交流事業のために鳥取県に行って講演した。日本側個人資料の発掘と利用をするために、高碕達之助記念館や岡崎嘉平太記念館に行き、日中LT貿易協定の成立に関する資料を収集した。近年来、中国側がLT貿易関係の資料を一部公開したので、研究分担者は中国外交部档案館でこれらの資料を調査、収集した。収集された資料をもとに、「日中LT貿易協定の成立をめぐる中国の対日戦略」という論文を作成し、LT貿易協定に対する中国側の政策と対応を、自民党内親中派の動きと関連しつつ明らかにした。この論文は掲載のために査読中である。それと同時に「古井喜実文書」のデジタル化作業を引続き行なった。また外交史料館にも行って、日中国交回復後の資料を大量収集したため、これらの史料を分析しながら、論文を作成する予定である。

In this paper, the author wrote a paper entitled "The Establishment of the Japan-China LT Trade Agreement and China's Strategy for Japan." The LT Trade Agreement is related to the policy of China and the movement of the pro-China faction in the Liberal Democratic Party. The paper is published in the middle of the paper. At the same time, the "Furui Kishi Document" was introduced into the operation. The calligraphy and historical materials museum will collect a large amount of data after the daily exchange of China, analyze the historical materials, and prepare papers.
