项目摘要

平成24年度は、平成23年度の後半に引き続き、主な研究拠点をモスクワに置いて研究活動を行った。研究活動の内容は主に1.「アンケート調査」と2.「フィールドワーク」であった。ビザの問題で7月半ばから8月末までは日本に帰国せざるを得ない状況となったが、その間は筑波大学で研究発表や調査の打ち合わせを行う事ができたので、研究活動に支障を来す事はなかった。1.アンケート調査(R-JIGS2=Russia-Japan Interest Group Survey)2004年の第1次調査とほぼ同様の形式でアンケートの質問事項を作成し、モスクワ、サンクトペテルブルク、ウラジオストックで活動をしている約1800の団体にアンケート用紙を郵送した。その際、メールアドレスを事前に調べる事のできた約半数の団体には、メール版のアンケート・フォームも送信した。その後、モスクワ市立教育大学の学生に協力してもらい、アンケート用紙を送った団体に電話をし、回答して返送してくれるようにお願いをした。アンケートの回収作業を終わらせ、ロシア語から日本語への翻訳作業もすでに終了したので、データ分析ができる状態となった。2.フィールドワーク上記のアンケート調査の作業と並行してフィールドワークもモスクワでおこなった。具体的には"Пoдapи Жизнь(人生をプレゼントしよう)"、"Cтapocть в Paдocть(喜びに満ちた老後)"、"JIиния Жизни(人生の線)"という団体と接触し、彼らの活動に実際に参加させてもらい、同時にインタビュー調査も行った。当初はサンクトペテルブルクとウラジオストックでも調査を行う予定であったが、上記の団体は他の地域でも活動する団体であったので、モスクワの団体のみを対象として調査活動を行う事にした。また、モスクワの高等経済大学に設置されている市民社会と非営利セクター研究所の研究者と知り合う事ができ、同研究所のセミナーで研究発表を行う機会が得られ、そこで貴重な人脈を築く事ができた。
