本年度の研究実施計画の目標は、主に以下の3点である。(1)昨年度行った仏語圏ヨーロッパおよび日本における帰農言説に関する歴史的分析をふまえ、現代の社会的農園事業(ヨーロッパの参入農園と共有農園、日本の自立支援型農業活用事業)に関する歴史的・社会政治的位置づけを行う。(2)昨年度進めた仏語圏ヨーロッパにおける参入農園と共有農園及び日本における高齢者に向けた生きがい型就農事業と若年層に向けた自立支援型就農事業の展開に関する補足調査及び総括を行う。(3)国内外における研究発表を行う。(1)については、関連する主要な研究の検討から、19世紀後半の特に労働者農園をめぐるフランス及びベルギーにおける帰農言説の盛衰を当時の産業化の進展に伴う社会問題への対応過程の中で捉える視点を得た。日本においても、江戸時代(寛政の改革期)以来、危機に瀕する社会秩序の安定化または刷新に向けた装置として帰農言説が繰り返し現れたことを確認した。ここでの歴史的言説分析より、帰農主義が単なる反近代的反動ではなく、市場社会のもたらす社会政治的葛藤の過程として捉える視点を明らかにした。(2)については、ヨーロッパと日本における補足現地調査を終えることができたが、調査地域と対象を広げたことで、その後の分析と総括に若干の遅れが生じた。現在、フランス語圏ヨーロッパにおける参入農園と共有農園、そして日本における高齢者に向けた生きがい型就農事業及び生活困窮者に向けた自立支援型就農事業に関する個別・全体的な調査報告書を作成中である。(3)については、主にフランス語・英語での研究発表をコンスタントに行うことができた。一方で、海外(特にフランス語圏)における調査と研究発表の機会の割合が増えているため、日本での調査と研究発表の作業に一層力を入れる必要がある。

The objectives of this year's research and implementation plan are as follows: (1)An analysis of the history of agriculture in Japan, the history of agriculture in Japan, and the position of agriculture in modern society (participation in agriculture, shared agriculture, and self-supporting agriculture in Japan).
