项目摘要

日本社会は文化的に多様化しており、文化的に多様な人々の周縁化や社会的排除がみられる。国内でも、文化的多様性に関するソーシャルワーク教育のグローバル基準に対応した社会福祉教育を確立する必要がある。本研究の目的は、日本における文化的に多様な人々に対応できる能力、即ちカルチュラル・コンピテンス(以下「文化的対応能力」)をもつソーシャルワーク人材の効果的な教育プログラムの構築である。ソーシャルワーカーに求められる文化的対応能力は、異文化間場面において効果的に対応できる実践力を意味し、文化的な認識、知識、技術から成り立っている。平成24年度は、前年度に実施した海外調査と国内調査を基に作成した教育プログラムの検討を行った。本年度の「多文化ソーシャルワーク教育プログラムによる介入研究」では、研究倫理審査後、福祉系学生を対象に2日に渡る集中的な研修を行った。認識について自分と他人の文化に対する気づきを促す参加型アクティビティ、知識について文化に関連する理論と日本の多文化事情の講義、技術について援助過程の各段階における必要な文化的な配慮点の確認を行った。教育プログラムの効果を、文化的対応能力の自己アセスメント・テストによる前後比較を中心に測定した。テストの使用許可を得て翻訳した後、和訳について有識者と協議を繰り返し、日本版の予備調査を実施した。文化的対応能力の全体レベルも、各領域(認識、知識、技術)のレベルも介入後に上昇した。本研究では、ソーシャルワーク教育のグローバル基準に対応しながら、日本における多文化の現状に合った多文化ソーシャルワーク教育プログラムを提案できた。また、文化的対応能力の上昇を期待できる効果を確認した。

Japanese society is characterized by cultural diversity, cultural diversity and social exclusion. After obtaining the license for use of the software, the agreement between the knowledgeable person and the Japanese version was completed. Cultural competence in all areas (knowledge, knowledge, technology) has been improved after the intervention of all areas. This study is aimed at providing a basis for the development of multicultural education in Japan. The improvement of cultural competence is expected to be confirmed by the results.
