项目摘要

(1)強震観測記録の蓄積平成23年度に整備した,地上6階建ての鉄筋コンクリート造学校建物に対する高密度強震観測網を用いて,複数の強震観測記録を蓄積した。対象建物は,桁行方向はラーメン構造,張間方向は壁構造となっており,特に張間方向で地盤と建物の動的相互作用(ロッキング)の影響が見られると考えられる。また,平面内で耐震壁が偏在しているため,ねじれ振動も生じうる。(2)強震観測記録の解析2011年東北地方太平洋沖地震やその後の余震で観測された記録を解析し,建物の固有周期や振動モードを明らかにした。観測記録から求めた固有周期と,立体骨組モデルから計算した固有周期を比較すると,桁行方向はよい対応を示していたが,張間方向では観測記録から求めた固有周期の方がやや長くなった。これは,建物と地盤の動的相互作用の影響によるものと考えられ,動的相互作用の影響を考慮する必要性を認識した。そこで,立体振動解析から,動的相互作用を排除した地震応答を抽出した。その応答記録を用いて,建物の性能を表わす性能曲線を作成し,建物損傷との関係性を明らかにした。(2)構造物の性能を把握するために実験的検討、鉄筋コンクリート造耐震壁を含む構造部材の性能を把握するため,構造実験を実施し,多くの成果を得た。
