项目摘要

This study focuses on three areas from the spatial concept of the Land Use Master Plan. This study spatially clarifies the whole content of three areas by using the spatial data of the Land Use Master Plan. Moreover, we present the cause and problem where three areas are generated.I clarify the following points by this study. The blank area not belonging to any five areas is generated when the area has not filled a designated requirement for the individual regulation act. The other two areas are generated by the adjustment between the individual regulation acts. Based on above, we think that a new frame will be necessary for the Land Use Master Plan.

本研究从土地利用总体规划的空间理念出发，重点研究了三个方面的内容。本研究利用《土地利用总体规划》的空间数据，在空间上明确了三个区域的整体内容。此外，我们提出了三个方面产生的原因和问题。通过本研究澄清了以下几点。不属于任何五个区域的空白区域是在该区域没有满足个别条例法案的指定要求时产生的。其他两个领域是由各个监管法案之间的调整产生的。在此基础上，我们认为土地利用总体规划需要一个新的框架。
