Analysis of the current status and the issues of cultural assets from Crime Prevention Through Environment Design in depopulated areas

在这项研究中，我创建了一个以几个城市的文化资产所在环境为重点的GIS数据库。基于数据库，运用空间句法理论和多重中心性评价方法，从可达性和深度图分析两方面对环境设计预防犯罪的监视性和地域性进行了量化评价。通过对文化资产周边环境如土地利用、建筑、开放空间等进行量化，厘清了文化资产与城市空间特征的关系。尤其以佐贺县卡拉津市为研究对象，以问卷调查的方式，对居民对文化资产的认知现况与居民关系进行系统的调查。

In this study, I created a GIS database focused on the environment where cultural assets are located in several cities. The Surveillance and the Territoriality in Crime Prevention Through Environment Design were quantified value from the accessibility and the Depthmap analysis by Space Syntax Theory and Multiple Centrality Assessment based on the database. Moreover, it clarified the relation between the culture asset and the characteristic of urban space by quantifying value the surrounding environment of cultural assets such as land use, building and open space. Especially, the current status of the resident’s awareness of cultural assets and the resident’s relationship were systematized by a questionnaire survey in Karatsu city, Saga.
