A study concerning sustainable event about town planning

This study investigated sustained town planning activities by local residents, elucidating the factors behind such sustainability. The main results are as follows.1) The original community was formed and it had a foundation which could continue to create a new event and run it. 2) Formation of a new community led to share the awareness of residents to the town planning activities. 3) There are a leader and core members in the new community. They have maintained the purpose of the activities and the range of them. 4) Because activities of residents are mainly using the assets of the town, Local residents that do not belong to the community could easily join the activities. 5) Local charm was realized again and led the residents to motivation for continuing the activities.
