项目摘要

本研究の目的は、①イギリスの具体的な里親家庭への支援内容をまとめ、②国内の実子と里親に対しての調査で委託児童と実子の関係性や生活上の葛藤や問題を明らかにし、③里親家庭（FH家庭含む）への社会的支援の具体的内容を提示・提案する、ことである。平成26年度の実施状況は研究計画書に基づいて、以下のように行った。１.里親家庭の実子への調査の分析・・・調査の分析は平成25年度引き続き行い、平成26年度はインタビューの内容と分析の整合性や倫理的配慮、妥当性の確保、図の改良などに努めた。特に妥当性の確保として、インタビュー協力者に再度面会し、分析によって明らかになった結果や図を説明し了解を得た。その他研究会でで発表等においてもより詳細に行った。２．日本での実子への具体的支援内容の作成・・・具体的支援の内容の作成の前に、国外での実子支援の現状を確認するため、平成25年度にイギリス、平成26年度にスウェーデンにおいて調査を行った。国外でも実子支援はプログラム化されておらず、より具体的な支援策を生み出すために、近接領域である障害児・病児のきょうだい支援、またグリーフケアに関しても文献調査を行った。３．里親家庭の実子への追加調査・・・里親家庭の実子の追加調査として、調査の分析過程での妥当性確保のための面接の際に追加調査を行うとともに、インタビュー後の協力者のケアにもあたった。インタビューによって言語化することで、課題を明確化してしまったことがあったため、相談を希望する方にはその後数回面接を行っている。また、実子以外で、実子のいる里親や里親支援専門相談員に対して講習会等でお話を伺う機会を得ており、今後実子以外の対象者に対して実子に関する調査を行いたいと考えている。以上のことにより、本研究の目的はおおむね達成された。特に目的①②に関してはほぼ達成され、目的③に関して今後も精査して行きたいと考える。
