项目摘要

本研究の目的は、複数の構成要素からなるシステムから同時に観測される時系列が点過程時系列であるような場合に対して、時系列データのみから元のシステムのネットワーク構造を推定する手法を提案し、さらに提案手法を実データへ応用することを目的としている。前年度において、多次元尺度法を用いてSpike Time Metricにより求められた距離情報からユークリッド空間に埋め込まれた座標値を求め、埋め込まれた座標値を線形重回帰モデルにあてはめることにより、解析的に偏解析を適用できるような手法を提案したが、本年度では、この手法の有用性について詳しく調べた。まず、結合強度の分布が推定できるか調べたところ、結合強度が弱い場合は、推定が困難になるが、一定以上の結合強度があれば、推定指標と結合強度が比例することがわかり、結合強度の分布を推定することが可能なことを示した。また、連続時系列である膜電位を用いた場合とスパイク列を用いた提案法の推定精度の比較を行った。連続時系列である膜電位を用いた方が推定精度は少し高い結果となったが、スパイク列を用いた場合でも推定精度に大きな差は現れず、提案手法の性能が高いことが検証できた。また、前年度では、従来指標であるマーク付き点過程間の距離を求める指標を用いて、マーク付き点過程データの距離からネットワーク構造を推定する手法を提案していた。しかし、従来指標では、マーク値を考慮せずに距離を定義している問題があった。そこで、本年度はマークの値を考慮した新たな指標を提案した。その結果、パラメータに依存せずに、正しくマーク付き点過程間の距離を求めることができることがわかった。この提案指標を用いて、マーク付き点過程の距離からネットワーク構造を推定したところ、高精度にネットワーク構造を推定できることが示された。
