项目摘要

本研究員は、ニヴフ語の文法を体系的に記述することを目標に研究を行ってきた。平成26年度には、使役構文、再帰構文のような結合価の変化をもたらすカテゴリについて分析を行った。また複他動詞（ditransitive）構文といわゆる i-他動詞についても分析を試みた。i-他動詞の解釈については、先行研究でも意見が分かれており、ニヴフ語の研究全体においても非常に重要な問題である。この問題については、これからもさらに調査していく必要がある。平成26年度の具体的な成果としては、まず春の言語学会において、口頭発表を行った。テーマは「ニヴフ語のゼロ名詞化について―間接疑問表現を中心に―」であり、この発表を元に若干の修正を加えて、『東京外国語大学記述言語学論集思言』に投稿している。また、2015年3月にサハリンのノグリキ地方で、節連結に関するアンケート調査、基礎語彙の収集を行った。節連結に関するアンケートの結果は『東京外国語大学語学研究所論集』に投稿済みである。本研究員が特に興味を持っているのは、東サハリン方言である。しかしながら、この方言は他の方言に比べて、記述が進んでいないのが現状である。今後さらなる資料の収集、分析、記述を行っていく必要がある。
