项目摘要

本研究の目的は、心理療法過程における面接者と来談者との相互作用により、双方のレジリエンスがどのように向上していくかということを明らかにすることである。平成２５年度４月上旬から８月上旬まで研究対象者募集のホームページを公開し、２０人程度来所し、すべての心理検査を終了した人は約１２人であった。そのうち４人が継続心理療法研究の参加の対象となった。３０回の継続心理療法を終了し、終了直後、終了後半年後の面接を施行できたのは２人であった。１人は、対象者と面接者の事情により、中断となったが、終了直後の面接、終了後半年後の面接は施行することが可能であった。他の１人は、対象者の事情により、中断となり、終了直後の面接は可能であったが、終了後半年後の面接は施行できなかった。心理検査までの結果を統計を用い、中間報告として学会、論文、ホームページにて発表した。一般人口中においては、心理療法の希望は精神科診断とは関係なかった。また質問紙で得られたレジリエンスのスコアも心理療法を希望した人々はもともと高かった。心理療法を希望した人は、WAIS-IIIでの動作性知能が優位に低く、自身でも何らかの問題意識を持っていることが理解された。ロールシャッハ検査を含む投影心理検査の結果は、心理療法を希望する人々は、精神科診断の有無にかかわらず、周囲の人々から非難されるという不安が強く、自身のイメージもネガティブなものになりがちであることが理解された。さらに本研究の対象者らの特徴として、色彩投影反応が多く見られ、この反応をだした人々は臨床群とも一般群とも異なっていた。継続心理療法のプロセスに関する解析は、これ以降随時行われる。
