This study In-depth interviews conducted with community chairpersons and community activity leaders. During this time, residents’ questionnaire survey was conducted. As the results, communityactivity leaders needed supports on troubling times. And it was necessity to promote enlightening of cognition. In questionnaire survey results, the social activity participation was related with "Long-Term Care Prevention Project" in elderly people.
