项目摘要
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of playing small-sided games of soccer with a change in pitch area per player. The findings indicated that improvement of energy-related physical fitness could be obtained regardless of the pitch area in 4vs4 soccer games, and improvement of energy-related physical fitness could be obtained in 8vs8 soccer games with a larger pitch area per player.
本研究的目的是探讨在球场面积变化的情况下，进行小型足球比赛的效果。研究结果表明，在4vs4足球比赛中，无论球场面积如何，都可以获得能量相关体能的改善，而在8vs8足球比赛中，每个球员的球场面积更大，可以获得能量相关体能的改善。
