How to better achieve mutual cooperation among the international organizations to cope with global issues

在全球化的世界中，面对各种国际问题，越来越需要国际组织加强协调和合作。本研究的目的是在食品安全和卫生领域（即食品法典委员会和其他相关国际组织）进行实证案例研究。该研究报告强调，除了分析国际组织的范围/任务和对实现国际组织之间相互合作的兴趣之外，还必须分析体制因素（即游戏规则/决策，特别注重科学的作用和“其他合理因素”等）。

There is an increasing demand for enhanced coordination and strengthened cooperation among the international organizations in face of the international issues in this globalized world. The objective of this study is to conduct an empirical case study in the field of food safety and sanitation (namely, Codex Alimentarius Commission and other related international organizations). The study highlights the importance of analyzing institutional factors (ie; the rules of the game/decision making with particular focus on the role of science and "other legitimate factors" etc) in addition to the analysis on their scope/mandate and interest in bringing about the mutual cooperation among the international organizations.
