The Development Process of Production System in Face the Difficult Situation of Shrinking Domestic Market and Growing Overseas Markets

本研究分析了生产系统在面对国内市场萎缩和海外市场增长的困境下的发展过程。本研究以日本摩托车公司为例，收集了欧洲国家、泰国和日本的实地调研数据。研究结果表明：（1）工厂布局的重新调整;（2）各国工厂的作用;（3）日本摩托车企业对市场成熟度的反应。这些结果已经发表在论文和学术报告中。

This study analyzed the development process of production system in face the difficult situation of shrinking domestic market and growing overseas markets. This study focused on the case of the Japanese Motorcycle companies, and collected field research data in European countries, Thailand and Japan. As a result of the research, the following three points revealed: (1) reshaping the arrangement of factories, (2) role of factories in each country, (3) response to market maturity in Japanese motorcycle firms. These results have been already published in the paper and academic presentations.
