Low levels of systolic blood pressure (BP) and pulse pressure on day 7, as well as dipper type, assessed using ambulatory BP monitoring were associated with 3-month favorable outcome in acute stroke patients with higher physical activity assessed using actigraphy. However, these factors were not associated with this outcome in those with lower physical activity.
