英文摘要
We selected and analyzed ETV5, TOP2, RAC and VAV1 for candidate targets among up-regulated genes in sarcomatoid renal cell carcinoma. These genes were significantly up-regulated in sarcomatoid component compared with clear cell component. Suppression of these genes by siRNA resulted in suppression of cell proliferation of renal cell carcinoma cell lines. Our results may represent a novel biomarker and therapeutic target for patients with sarcomatoid renal cell carcinoma.
