In order to clarify genome wide gene expression profiling and copy number alterations in urothelial carcinomas(UCs), array CGH analysis and highly sensitive DNA chip microarrays were performed in UCs obtained from patients and bladder cancer cell lines. Analysis of the data identified cancer related gene ADMTS1 (ADAM metallopeptidase withthrombospondin (TSP) type I motif, 1)which correlated with resistant for chemotherapy with gemcitabine and cisplatin (GC). In the patients with GC, there were significant differnce in progression free survival (p=0.032) and cancer specific survival (p=0.006) between negative and positive ADMTS1 in the immunohitchemistry.

为了阐明尿路上皮癌（UC）全基因组基因表达谱和拷贝数的变化，阵列CGH分析和高灵敏度的DNA芯片微阵列进行从患者和膀胱癌细胞系获得的UC。分析数据确定了与吉西他滨和顺铂（GC）化疗耐药相关的癌症相关基因ADMTS 1（ADAM metallopeptidase withthrombospondin（TSP）type I motif，1）。免疫组化ADMTS 1阴性和阳性胃癌患者的无进展生存率（p=0.032）和肿瘤特异性生存率（p=0.006）有显著性差异。
