Evaluation of the utility of growth factors for the treatment of hypertrophic scar

为探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（bFGF）在增生性瘢痕治疗中的作用，我们观察了bFGF对体外培养的成纤维细胞的作用。基于真皮成纤维细胞是由具有不同特征的一些亚群组成的混合群体的发现，分离表达抗纤维化因子的浅表成纤维细胞和表达促纤维化因子的深层成纤维细胞，并通过微阵列和实时PCR进行分析。 碱性成纤维细胞生长因子可增加浅表成纤维细胞特异性因子的表达，提示其可增强细胞抑制纤维化的能力。

To evaluate the utility of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) for the treatment of hypertrophic scar, we investigated the effects on cultured fibroblasts of bFGF. On the basis of the findings that dermal fibroblast is mixed population consisted of some subpopulations having differing characteristics, superficial fibroblasts, which express anti-fibrotic factors, and deep fibroblasts, which express pro-fibrotic factors, were isolated and analysed by microarray and real-time PCR. Basic FGF were elucidated to increase the expression of specific factor for superficial fibroblasts, suggesting enhance the capability of the cells to suppress fibrosis.
