项目摘要
This research is considering the dynamic influence accompanying the denture base form change in implant overdentures. It experimented using the oral experiments and the three-dimensional finite element methods. As a result, in addition to anterior parts, in case whish implants exist in posterior parts, a big change was not observed in load bearing ratio in which denture base form was added to residual ridge by change. On the other hand, in case of only anterior parts, it was changing by denture base form, and the load bearing ratio which was applied to residual ridge changed a lot. It is suggested that this result is useful to offer a suitable denture base form to patients from now on.In addition, several oral presentations were made and the information was disseminated internationally.
本研究考虑种植覆盖义齿基托形状变化对义齿的动力学影响。采用口腔实验和三维有限元方法进行实验。结果,除了前部,在后部存在种植体的情况下,通过改变将义齿基托形状添加到剩余牙槽嵴中的承载比没有观察到大的变化。另一方面,在只有前牙区的情况下,由于基托形状的不同,其对剩余牙槽嵴的承载比也发生了较大的变化。这一结果有助于今后为患者提供合适的义齿基托形式。此外,还进行了几次口头报告,并在国际上传播了信息。
